I wished I had seen all these reviews before I gave these jokers my money. I ordered a simple tank cover for my bike. Never received it. Sent several emails no response. Called several times no response and then came across this website. I have been trying to reach them for over 2 months now and havent gotten any type of response. Their website looked so legit. The worst customer service ever! Please do not buy from them! They dont pick up the phone and if they do they pass you around and then hang up! Do not order from them! We have been trying to contact them for weeks! The sent the go cart and no harness for the battery.We went out to buy a harness and then the battery wouldnt charge. I called to ask about an item and they give me the run around and hang up on you they everyone has different descriptions about the go karts you can call several times and all the customer reps will give you something different. I will never buy from this place!!!....also they told me that the reviews are fake and not true. Beware of this site They need to train there worker better they have no knowledge of what they are... I bought a 125cc dirtbike of them and as it wes being shipped i read the reviews and they were all bad so I bought a new bike not from them but it was a 125 SSR and it works fine but my bike finally came and it was leaking oil it wouldn't turn on and when it started started it bogged out do not buy frome these pepole they are frauds

Ordered a 150cc dirt bike on a Friday, supplied all docs needed for diff shipping address then it all went south. Saw dozens of complaints (BBB) and called Monday to cancel order. Was given a cancellation # that turned out to total misrepresentation - false. Buyers be aware!!! 1st I'm lucky as something told me to check them for complaints. My issue they are offering a 1yr free warranty on engine & frame they state a $99 value. But when you go checkout or pay it does not show up on the invoice. So I called them the CS rep told it shows up after you pay. HELLS NO! Hoverboard worked close to 2 months after receiving it. Shipped it back and 3 weeks later, still no replacement!!!! Customer service is horrible!!!!

I bought an SSR sx50 for my son in December. After 2 months the springs started breaking. Requested new springs twice and got two clutches. The springs break every 20 minutes now. What a joke. I cannot even get a personal call for resolution. All i get is an email directed to my email not my name. Very impersonal. Each parts request takes 2-3 weeks to process. Its crazy. Now they want pictures to "check" it. Check what? I cannot be more clear... Read more
