The hoveroard I ordered never worked from the day it was delivered. We took it out of the box and tried it and from the start the wheel shook violently. Powersports max is refusing to pay the shipping to return it, which is around $50. This company is a sham. Don't use them. They have a responsibility to deliver working items! I ordered a small 110 for my daughter. After putting it together, it wouldn't even start right up. We had to rig it to get it going. Then, after the first ride, the front break cable snapped. We purchase the GK-003 Aerohawk 125cc Go-Kart on October 31, 2015 for our grandchildren for Christmas. They shipped it to our home in Arizona and we had to put part of it together. bought 3 hoverboards from this company and one of them broke I have contacted the company many times and they answered one time said they did send me a return label and never got it. Instead got an email on how to calibrate it even though it will not power on. They will not answer their phones anymore I have sent emails and there is no reply. Add comment

This company is horrible! Purchased an ssr sx50 for my son for Christmas. Clutch broke in less than 3 hours on the bike. Oh and the shock broke within the first hour of riding.
