I bought an SSR sx50 for my son in December. After 2 months the springs started breaking. Requested new springs twice and got two clutches. The springs break every 20 minutes now. What a joke. I cannot even get a personal call for resolution. All i get is an email directed to my email not my name. Very impersonal. Each parts request takes 2-3 weeks to process. Its crazy. Now they want pictures to "check" it. Check what? I cannot be more clear that the springs are breaking and my son cannot enjoy the bike. I even requested a call and received... Read more

I Purchased this GO-CART in November on 11/11/15 as a Christmas gift for my son. Not realizing it was a cheap Chinese construct when I purchased it, I began to have suspicion when I saw the big CHINA logo on the front of the vehicle. It is now five months later 4/01/16 and the GO-CART still does not work! It has been in a local repair shop waiting on parts from PowersportsMax since we first received it. PowersportsMax is very difficult to get in contact with. They take several weeks to call back-If you get the option to even leave a message.... Read more

Horrible customer service!! Me and my brother rode our SSR 110 pit bikes for maybe around 48 hours in total and both of our bikes are not running. I also believe they didn't send us the 2015 SSR pit bikes, instead, I think they sent us older models. Waste of our $800 I'm so pissed. Add comment
