I really wish I could say something nice about the go kart but I can't because my children have not had the chance to ride it due to the fuel line has a hole in it, the battery won't hold a charge, and the carburetor doesn't work and pins keep getting stuck and leaking all the gas out. Purchased 2 electric atvs for my kids, one has a faulty ignition switch. After several attempts to contact someone, finally got through to a kid who agreed to send me a replacement part. Yet to receive the part and sick of waiting on the phone. Don't bother sending an email on there website, they never respond. Purchased this ATV in October, Ran for about 30 minutes and quit. Have gotten the run around from the company, hang ups, won't transfer to a manager, incompetent service technicians. Replaced the coil as instructed and ran for another 30 sec only to quit again. Again we have been unable to get any help from Powermax. They won't pay to fix the ATV at an outside shop, they claim other dealerships... Read more

I purchased a mini dirt bike for my son, while I was deployed. When I returned home I put the bike together and did everything the instructions said to do. I have filed with a dispute with the Texas Attorney General. I would encourage everyone to either file a dispute with them or the Attorney General in your state. This company needs to be shut down! Selling dangerous equipment and not honoring their warranty and they won't even answer the phone! Nothing but a bunch of thieves! I don't know how they can still be in business after all the complaints... Read more

A horrible company coust. service the worst, did not ship product as decribed, refused to put a manager on the phone dismissive and rude never use this company. Left on hold on untill I was forced to hang up. I pray i never have to call again did not attempt to help me at all ..... Do not use this company!!!! Add comment

I have called numerous times trying to get ahold of a tech guy to help me figure out what the problem with our go kart is. I've been put on hold. Transferred to a survey. Told he wasn't taking calls until a certain time only to call back and he's magically gone for the day. Go cart won't stay running. Leaking gasoline everywhere. Horrible customer service!! Purchased a 110 cc kandi go kart for child and it drove for less than 2 hours and hasnt had spark since and company is so clueless and dont want to help, they just keep trying to push you off until you stop calling! Add comment

I PURCHASED MY DIRT BIKE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I OPEN THE BOX AND THE GAS CAP AND PULL CORD WERE BROKEN ALREADY. I STILL TRIED TO WORK WITH THAT THOSE ARE EASY FIXES.... THEN I PUT GAS IN AND THE GAS ALL POURED OUT THE CARB. I COULDNT GET IT TO STOP....SO I CALLED THE COMPANY SINCE I HAVE A 50 DAY MONEY BACK. I Bought the pk-011 cart before Christmas 2014 for my 11 year old son. When the kart arrived and assembled, it was way too small for my son. He is only five feet tall and slim and couldn't operate the cart without his legs folded under the steering wheel.
