On Dec. 12,2014 this company accepted my online order for an atv for my grandson's Christmas present.

I paid $200 for the best ship/delivery date. Their first response, the next day, wanted scanned drivers license verifying matching address with my credit card. We recently bought a vacation home in New Hampshire, where I'm receiving mail. Thus my credit card address and my drivers license, which has my North Carolina address don't match.

I tried to call numerous times. When I was able to get through, I was put on hold for twenty minutes at a time, before I just hung up. I finally sent an email asking if I could just wire funds. First I got routing number and account number, but not the account name or bank address, required to make an on line transfer.

I finally made the wire transfer and emailed that information. I then received an email asking for confirmation of the wire, even though it had been processed to their account. I copied my bank's information on the wire and emailed it. The next day I got an email wanting me to verify the name on my account.....really?

I emailed that and asked for confirmation of shipping and requested delivery date. I have gotten no reponse.

I emailed the "contact us" email with my complaint. I have gotten no response from that email nor from the customer service rep.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
