powersportsmax complaint
Powersportsmax.com took over 900.00 for a mobed. we paid mid march and they never sent the bike and refused to send the money. Now they will not speak with us on the phone. These people need to be stopped! We must ban together, get an attorney and stop this, to many people have lost to much money. Their pages look professional and honest. Its a site you feel you can trust. Now we know to go to comsumer reports first. 900.00 lesson. We needed this bike for a son on soc sec. He used his very small settlement to get this small form of transportation and self reliance. They took that from him.

I have too been ripped off by this company. I wish to be notified of any actions against this company so I, too, may partake

I was about to order one of these. Apparently the site went down before I got the chance and then stumbled upon this forum. Maybe I was saved. Thanks.

I have had the same experience, but I did receive the moped but after inspection they considered the moped to be unsafe for transportation and unless I hire a mechanic to rebuild the moped... The cost for a mechanic on the island I live on off the NE coast to repair before the end of the driving season will cost more then the bike.

After doing some research do you know if they have a class action suit going against Deeal Inc. I know its illegal for a bussiness to sell a new moped that it is considered unsafe, and that if an injury occurs on the moped that criminal charges can be filed. I just don't want to have to be injured before seeing any results from my purchase

It is my understanding that a dealer must hold an active Occupational License
