powersportsmax phone disconected

bought a powersports product (dirt bike) ...engine cooked after 3 mos. My son changed oil more than ever recomended !! he was proud of his 125cc . after 3 mos. motor cooked ...called power max on or about 5/20 to inquire about the problem. I was told at that time to send motor to them , they would go over it and fix the problem as it was under warrantee (1 yr on engine) so a 68.00 shipping ups charge (they would pay return ship) and off it went....they recieved the engine on 6/05...today I called to check the progress...only to find out the # has been disconnected !! I'm only guessing they have hauled ***...does anyone know what my rights are here ?? better business?
