I spent two days calling their number, which only put me into a hold Loop, and then told me the wait time was too long and hung up on me. I finally got ahold of somebody and this woman was so uninterested in my problem, or in trying to get any issue resolved she finally hung up on me too.

All I had was a quick question for the tech to find out about a part that I needed to buy and their answer was by the part if it works great if it doesn't just send it back. They're not open on the weekends so I can't get down there to buy the park even if I wanted to do it that way. And even if I did go down there to buy the part she said you have to order it first it's only will call. How did these guys stay in business???!!!

If there was less than one star... I'd give it.

I'm having the same problem with communication. May opt to buy locally despite the higher list price.

Oh well. Obviously, these guys are doing well and, therefore, don't value customers as highly.
