I bought 13 hover boards for my Gran Kids.One didn't work at all, so I contacted them got a return # sent it back in July2017.So far the acct dept person has been on a holiday.
The last E mail I got said to be patience an wait a while. Whats a while? Maybe waiting for the Second coming or for *** to freeze over. This is like a game, if they keep you on hold long enough then you will just go away, an forget about them an your $$$ or parts.
