Not resolved

So I call the service desk at R.Case Powersports in Davie. I am assured If I *** work, a mech will look at my warranty extension issue on my bike.

I arrive and lo and behold the service manager says his computer shows NO warranty. I asked him very nicely to call American Honda and speak to the TECH LINE as they instructed I might have to do. He ignores me and asks me to sign a work order. I wait about 20 minutes and go back to the desk, I asked are you going to call A/H, his repeats what I asked sarcastically.

I took my bike keys left and filed a complaint with American Honda out of Cali. They were wonderful, even offered to call R.Case directly and explain to them my bike was in warranty. I told them not to bother as I will never do bussiness with that aragont *** head service department ever again. Thanks Honda America, you are great, Rick Case Service Dept you are ***!

I'll take my bussiness elsewhere!
